duplicate... button in the wine info screen and chan q: i have entered incorrect stock information using the calc button. how do i correct this? a: there is actually no way to correct stock information. the very purpose of the calc button is to update wine cellar each time you click on it. there is a workaround, however: click duplicate. this will copy most of the information of the current wine, but not stock information. now you can enter the correct stock amount using the calc button. then go to the original record that has the inco rrect information (use find similar as a shortcut) and delete it using the delete button (you will have to confirm this). q: wine cellar got stuck somehow. what do i do? a: often, when you click a button, wine cellar will execute several commands in sequence. a problem may occur when you abort such a sequence. in this case, filemaker will display a message that your last action has been cancelled and asks if you would like to continue or cancel this script. you should always choose to , you may want to view or enter them in zoom mode. here, more space is given to the comments field. click either unzoom or details to return to the bottle. you can do this up to six times for each wine. once you ve updated this information in wine cellar, you can use the lower checkboxes to check off which wines you have already updated. this -50%. since negative percentages are displayed in red, they are easily spotted. please also note that market value and gain/loss are only displayed correctly if you have entered market value information in the wine info screen. a missing market value will be displayed as -100%. each column has a header which serves as a button. clic king on it will sort the wines based on the respective
